Ceist:54 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if it is his policy to abolish the post of city and county planning officers in the Dublin and Cork local authorities and replace the post by a director of ser vices position; and if he will clarify if he regards a professional qualification in planning as essential to the officer in charge of planning matters in a local authority.
