532 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding an application from a school (details supplied) in County Wicklow for extra remedial hours; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23920/01]

The case made by the school in question for an increased level of remedial teacher service has been noted by my Department. The needs of the school will be fully considered in the event of additional remedial teacher posts becoming available for allocation.
