183 Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding plans for works at Tallaght Garda Station, Dublin 24; his views on the long delay in processing these matters; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14653/02]
The Commissioners of Public Works are considering a proposal to maximise the development of the site at Tallaght as an urban campus for Departments, including the Garda. The proposal envisages a new state of the art Garda station which would meet all the current and future requirements of the gardaí.
