I move:
22d. “That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders:
(1) the Dáil on its rising today shall adjourn until 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 4th September, 2002;
(2) the Dáil on its rising on Wednesday, 4th September, 2002, shall adjourn until 10.30 a.m. on Thursday, 5th September, 2002;
(3) the Dáil on its rising on Thursday, 5th September, 2002, shall adjourn until 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 10th September, 2002;
(4) the Dáil on its rising on Tuesday, 10th September, 2002, shall adjourn until 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 11th September, 2002;
(5) unless the Dáil shall otherwise order, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the sittings of the Dáil on 4th, 5th, 10th and 11th September, 2002;
(i) there shall be no Order of Business within the meaning of Standing Order 26(3);
(ii) oral and written questions shall not be taken;
(iii) Private Members' business shall not be taken;
(iv) matters may not be raised under the provisions of Standing Orders 21(3) or 31;
(v) the business to be transacted shall be in accordance with the following timetable:
