I propose that Members stand to observe a minute's silence to commemorate the 3,047 people who died at this time in the United States one year ago.
September 11 Anniversary.
I agree with that proposal and suggest that we also remember the hundreds of thousands of children in Iraq who have been killed by western sanctions and the thousands of innocent Afghani people who were killed by the US bombing.
