140 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Finance the moneys received in relation to lands belonging to the Office of Public Works (details supplied) within the past 15 years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26017/02]

A sum of €125,008.96 has been paid to the Commissioners of Public Works in respect of land for motorway construction. No funds have been received to date in respect of lands for an automatic telephone exchange as the legalities are still on-going.
