I move:
"It is proposed that—
(i) in respect of the motions for the Financial Resolutions by the Minister for Finance, the following arrangements shall apply:
(a) Resolution Nos. 1 and 2 shall be grouped together for the purposes of debate, and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 45 minutes;
(b) Resolution No. 3 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 30 minutes; and
(c) each motion for a Financial Resolution shall be brought to a conclusion by one question which shall also dispose of any remaining amendments to that motion and which shall be put from the Chair; and
(ii) notwithstanding the Resolution of the Dáil of 3rd October, 2023, and with consequential effect on the time for the adjournment of the Dáil, on Thursday, 12th October, 2023, Statements on Sustainability and Stability of Services by s.39 and s.56 Organisations on behalf of the HSE and Tusla shall be taken not later than 6.15 p.m., but in any event shall be taken on the adjournment of the resumed debate on the General Financial Resolution, and the following arrangements shall apply thereto:
(a) the statements shall not exceed 137 minutes, and the arrangements for that time shall be in accordance with the Order of the Dáil of 30th July, 2020, and the Resolution of the Dáil of 20th September, 2023;
(b) following the statements, a Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon to make a statement in reply which shall not exceed ten minutes; and
topical issues shall be taken on the conclusion of the statements, and
(c) the Dáil shall adjourn on the conclusion of topical issues."
