Due to Covid restrictions we must conduct the meeting within a strict timeframe. I got a lecture coming down the stairs on this, which I will put up with. Members are requested that for the duration of the meeting phones are turned off completely or turned to airplane, safe or flight mode. It is not sufficient for members to put their phones on silent as this maintains a level of interference with the broadcasting system.
Members have been circulated with the minutes of the private meeting held last week. Are the minutes of the meeting of 14 October agreed? Agreed. There are no matters arising.
