In regard to COM (2016) 382, the proposal for a Council recommendation on establishing a skills guarantee, and COM (2016) 383, the proposal for a Council recommendation on the European qualifications framework for lifelong learning and repealing the recommendation of the European Parliament and the Council of 23 April 2008 on the establishment of the European qualifications framework for lifelong learning, is it agreed to invite officials from the Department to come in and brief us and have a discussion on these two issues?
