That, pursuant to sub-section (20) of Section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, Seanad Eireann concurs to the earlier signature by the President of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Bill, 1938.

Would the Minister tell us when he expects this and the other Bills to be operative?
Does the Senator mean when this Agreement will come into force?
When does he expect the Agreement will come into force, because a great many people in the country are very anxious to know.
So far as we on this side are concerned, when we finish in the Seanad, as we expect we will to-day, we shall be ready, but I am afraid they are not ready on the other side. I think I could say about the middle of next week, but not sooner.
