As business has been proceeding speedily through the House today I propose the following amendment to the Order of Business:
That item 5 be taken for two hours, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., Spokespersons' contributions not to exceed 20 minutes and other Senators' contributions not to exceed 15 minutes. Senators may share time.
