I move amendment No. 49:
In page 15, subsection (2), line 37, after "conditions" to insert "as may be approved by the Board with the consent of the Minister and the Minister for Finance".
This is a drafting amendment. The legal advice is that the new form of wording proposed in this amendment is more appropriate. Amendment No. 50 is also textual in nature.
