Does this section deal with commercial confidentiality? What disclosure does the Minister have in mind — people's personal lives, some food product formula or general commercial confidentiality? What are they not to disclose?

Mr. O’Shea

It is commercial confidentiality we are talking about. No peeping in bedroom windows is to be attempted.

Mrs. Doyle

Does the Minister reckon that he needs to provide in the Bill for that? He must have considered interesting people for the board. Is it commercial confidentiality that is involved?

Mr. O’Shea

Yes.

Is there not an amendment proposed to section 26?

No. The section is opposed by Deputy Molloy.
