I move the following draft report:

The Select Committee on Foreign Affairs has completed its consideration of the following Estimates for the public services for the year ending 31 December 1999: Vote 38, Foreign Affairs, Vote 39 - International Co-operation. The select committee will ask the Clerk to the committee to convey that message to the Clerk of the Dáil.

Ordered to report to the Dáil accordingly.
