The Minister's amendment is No. 11. There are also amendments Nos. 13 and 14 which are cognate and they could be discussed together.
SECTION 35.
I move amendment No. 11 :
In subsection (5), paragraph (b), to delete " 3 " and substitute " 6 ".
This is bringing the penalty into line ?
That is all that provides for. There are a lot of these right down through the list of amendments. However, we had better confine ourselves to this. I do not think there is any question arising on the amendment but there may be some questions on the section which is not really affected on the amendment.
