330. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a payment under the basic payments scheme will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Laois; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46629/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named submitted applications requesting transfers by both Change of Legal Entity and lease from his own name to a Company. Following the submission of these applications the person named changed his herd number from his name to the Company name. This created a situation whereby the transfer of allocation right was not in line with EU Regulatory requirements pertaining to the Basic Payment Scheme. An official from my Department has been in direct contact with the person named to discuss the options available to him.
