Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to provide details of undeveloped sites, by county, in his Department’s portfolio; the value of the property; the length of time they have lain undeveloped; and the reason for the lack of development, in tabular form. I would like to thank the Deputy for her question relating to undeveloped sites in my Department’s portfolio. In response to your question, I can confirm that my department does not own any sites and therefore has no further information to provide. I hope this clarifies this matter for the Deputy.
