598. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Finance whether an external company is contracted to provide cleaning services to his Department building; and if so, the name of the company and the value of the contract. [20363/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy my Department has a cleaning contract with Allpro Cleaning Services. This contract has been in place since November 2022 following a competitive tendering process for a duration of two years with the option of two extensions for one year each. The value of the contract is €1.4 million (ex VAT).
It should be noted this contract is for both the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform's Dublin offices as there is a shared service in respect of facilities management, including cleaning for both Departments.
