713. Deputy Marie Sherlock asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the budget for the power up grant in 2025; the number of firms that have taken it up; the value of the total claims; and the percentage of claims as a share of total eligible businesses. [19479/25]

In total, the Increased Cost of Business (ICOB) and Power Up grant schemes paid out over €400 million in 2024 to SMEs right across the country.
The Power Up grant paid €4,000 to 39,669 eligible businesses in the hospitality, retail and beauty sectors to the value of €158.8 million. This represents 99% of businesses who applied for the Power Up grant.
