It is necessary for the committee to formally dispose of the following chapters from the 2002 annual report of the Comptroller and Auditor General and appropriation accounts: chapter 4.1, Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, a provision of accommodation for asylum seekers; and chapter 5.1, Courts Service, which relates to the refurbishment of Cork court house.
