The committee will be holding two public sessions at approximately 3 p.m. In the first session we will meet with the Irish Tax Institute to continue our committee's scrutiny of tax expenditure, specifically research and development tax expenditure and the special assignee relief programme, SARP, tax relief. Our second session is scheduled for approximately 4 p.m., when the commitee will meet with representatives from the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council, IFAC, to consider its pre-budget report.
