ACTING-PRESIDENT'S STATEMENT. - ORDER OF BUSINESS OF THE SESSION.
He suggested that they proceed with the business of the Session by taking the Reports that day and then the discussion on these Reports. It was hoped to conclude the business of the Session on the morrow.
