To ask the President whether, before the Dáil proceeds further with the consideration of the proposed Draft Constitution, the Ministry will produce to the Dáil the final Irish Draft of the Constitution, as taken to London in June last?
CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - THE PROPOSED DRAFT CONSTITUTION.
I mentioned on Thursday last, on the Second Reading of the Bill, that this document would not be published, and there has not been any change in our decision in the matter up to now.
Do you foreshadow that there will be?
I do.
If there is it will be a breach of confidence, and no person outside these benches has a right to publish it as it would be a breach of confidence.
