To ask the Minister for Defence if he will make a statement to this Dáil on the military position in the country.
CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - MILITARY POSITION IN THE COUNTRY.
The general situation in the country is being carefully watched. It is not by any means a purely military one. I am convinced that any general statement in the matter at present would not serve the public interest.
