To ask the Minister for Defence whether, in view of the fact that, as stated in his reply of February 27th, a charge is to be formulated against Mr. Michael Griffin, National Teacher, of Clounmacon, Listowel, he will consider the question of releasing Mr. Griffin pending trial, if he gives an undertaking that he will come up for trial when called upon.
