To ask the President whether his attention has been called to the words used by the Minister for Local Government in this Dáil on Thursday, March 1st, 1923, to the effect that the damage done in O'Connell Street by National Troops in July, 1922, was technically a wrongful act, inasmuch as an Act of Indemnity would be required, and when it is intended to introduce such an Act of Indemnity, an Army Act, or other necessary legislation.
