In compliance with Standing Order, No. 120 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Eireann, I have to report that on the 3rd October, on the direction of the Ceann Comhairle, and pursuant to the relative provisions of the Electoral Act, 1923, I issued to Mr. Lorcan G. Sherlock, Returning Officer, my writ for the election of a member to fill the existing vacancy in the representation in the Dáil of the Borough Constituency of Dublin South.
