Vol. 6 No. 8

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - DAMAGE TO FURNITURE (TULLAMORE).

asked the Minister for Defence when it is proposed to pay the claim of Mr. W.S. Corry, Ulster Bank, Tullamore, in respect of damage done to his furniture during the occupation of the Bank's premises by military, this claim being outstanding since July, 1922, and communication in respect of same having been received from the Commissioners of Public Works on 25th October, 1923.

A claim made by Mr. Corry, Ulster Bank, Ferbane, was forwarded to the Commissioners of Public Works, who are responsible for dealing with claims of the kind. They are, I understand, expediting a settlement.
