Enquiries are continually being made as to how best to promote the welfare of Irish industries consistently with the public interest, and such measures as are decided on for this purpose will at the proper time be brought before the Dáil.
Will the President say when the proper time will arrive?
No; I am not in a position at the present moment to state when that time will be.
