I move Section 1, which gives power to issue out of the Central Fund the Vote on the Supplementary Estimates this year.
COMMITTEE ON FINANCE. - THE DAIL IN COMMITTEE.
I move Section 2, which is the Vote on Account.
I move Section 3, which is the usual borrowing power.
I move Section 4.
I do not want to cause any inconvenience, but if the Title can be amended slightly without any inconvenience I suggest it would read much better if you made it: "the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five."
There would be a difficulty, of course, if the Bill is to go to the Seanad in the morning.
If there is any difficulty I would not press it.
Might I ask the Minister if he has already prepared copies of the Bill "as passed by Dáil Eireann"?
I am not sure.
When a Bill is introduced in the Dáil and passed through all its stages without amendment, it is sent to the Seanad in this form, "as introduced."
On what date was this ordered to be printed?
To-day, the 27th.
I think the title is clear.
