asked the Minister for Defence if he can state why the account of Mr. John O'Reilly, Arva, Co. Cavan, for car and cycle repairs, amounting to £14 8s., incurred in November and December, 1921, and January, July and August, 1922, and which has been repeatedly furnished to General Headquarters, has not been paid, and if he will take steps to have payment made forthwith.
