I move:—
That, for carrying out the provisions of any Act of the present session to enable sums to be advanced out of the Central Fund to the Road Fund and to make provision for the repayment of such sums to the Central Fund, it is expedient—
(a) to authorise the issue out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof to the Road Fund of such sums as may be necessary to enable the Road Fund to meet the charges made thereon prior to the 31st day of March, 1925, provided that the total amount so advanced to the Road Fund outstanding at any one time shall not exceed Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds;
(b) to authorise the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of the principal and interest of any securities issued by the Minister for Finance for the purpose of borrowing under such Act.
