It is not intended that the citizens of Dublin should be deprived of any of their rights; on the contrary, I am considering how the rights of the citizens can be most effectively safeguarded and by what method their views may most effectively prevail in the administration of the city.
Can the Minister say, on behalf of the Minister for Local Government when that report will be published, if it has been decided to publish it?

Will the Minister endeavour to get that supplementary question answered, or persuade the Minister for Local Government to answer it before the sitting closes?
