asked the Minister for External Affairs whether the formal ratification of the two International Labour Conventions recently approved by the Dáil and the Seanad has yet been communicated to the Secretary-General of the League of Nations, and, if not, whether he will take steps to ensure that the ratification is so communicated in time to be reported at the forthcoming Conference of the International Labour Office of the League.
