I beg to move the following Resolution:—

Chun críche aon Achta a rithfar sa tSiosón so chun comhacht do thabhairt don Aire Tionnscail agus Tráchtála chun urraíocht do dhéanamh ar shaghsanna áirithe iasachtaí go raghadh a n-úsáid chun obair do thabhairt do dhaoine i Saorstát Eireann, agus maidir le saghsanna áirithe iasachtaí go raghadh a n-úsáid chun luíodú do dhéanamh ar phraghsanna miondíola earraí Saorstát Eireann, chun iadsan do dheona no urraíocht do dhéanamh ortha, agus chun forálacha do dhéanamh chun airgead puiblí d'úsáid chun no mar chabhair chun na hurraíochta san do chó-líona agus na hiasachtaí sin do dheona go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú— |
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to enable the Minister for Industry and Commerce to guarantee certain classes of loans the application of which is calculated to promote employment in Saorstát Eireann and to grant or guarantee certain classes of loans the application of which is calculated to promote a reduction in the retail prices in Saorstát Eireann of essential commodities, and to make provision for the application of public moneys in or towards the fulfilling of such guarantees and the granting of such loans, it is expedient to authorise— |

(a) go gcuirfar ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis muirear pé suimeanna a bheidh ag teastáil o am go ham chun aon urraíocht a tabharfar fén Acht san do chó-líona no chun aon iasacht a húdarófar fén Acht san do dheona; |
(a) the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of such sums as may from time to time be required for fulfilling any guarantee given under such Act or for granting any loan authorised under such Act; |

(b) go gcuirfar ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis muirear colann agus ús aon urrúsanna a tabharfar amach chun iasachtaí d'fháil fén Acht san. |
(b) the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of the principal and interest of any securities issued for the purpose of borrowing under such Act. |
