Can we have a statement from the responsible Minister as to whether it is intended to proceed with the Agenda in the order in which the items appear?

We are taking Nos. 4 and 5. With regard to No. 3, I do not feel justified in asking the Dáil to proceed with it until more substantial progress has been made with the Estimates. Arising out of No. 3, I think it right to say that I am causing to be examined the position with regard to the Bill of last year with a view to getting an opinion as to its exact position, which is somewhat vague at the moment.
Does that mean that the Minister is proposing to enforce the Bill of last year?
It means I am anxious to find out whether or not it is my clear duty to enforce the Bill of last year.
