asked the Minister for Defence whether a claim has been received from Mr. M. J. Keating, of Killester, County Dublin, for the loss of a motor car which he left to be used for military purposes in Collins Barracks on his demobilization in October, 1923, and whether he can state when this claim will be settled.

Mr. Keating's claim has been received, and the circumstances of it are at present under investigation. It is anticipated that it will be disposed of at an early date.
