asked the Minister for Finance if compensation to the amount of £3 10s. 0d. was allowed by a County Court Judge to Mrs. E. Mannion, of Clifden, Co. Galway, for damage done to her house by armed men on the 29th October, 1922, and, if so, if he will state how soon may this woman expect settlement of her claim.
WRITTEN ANSWERS. - CLIFDEN COMPENSATION CLAIM.
A report by the County Court Judge recommending payment of compensation to Mrs. Mannion has been received in my Department, and is at present under consideration. Such payment, as it may be possible to authorise, will be made at an early date.
