CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - PARTICIPATION OF SAORSTAT IN PARIS EXHIBITION.
Extensive inquiries have been made by me personally, and through my Department among possible exhibitors as to whether they would be prepared to participate. Only one affirmative reply was received, involving the whole expense of the particular exhibit being borne by public funds.
In these circumstances, I have informed the Minister for External Affairs that there is not sufficient interest taken in the Exhibition for me to recommend participation at the public expense.
