Vol. 10 No. 2

PRIVATE BUSINESS. - THE ADJOURNMENT.

I move the adjournment until Friday at three o'clock.

Why not twelve?

I am afraid twelve would be rather early.

If we meet at three we will be kept in town all night.

This is in connection with the Medical Bill from the Seanad. I do not think that the Deputy really need be present at all. I do not anticipate that the Bill will be materially amended, but one amendment is certainly necessary, and it is for the purpose of ratifying that that we are to meet. I hope I may not be accused of any disrespect to the Seanad when I say that I think that that will be the only amendment.

The only thing I want to avoid is stopping here on Friday night. I think every Deputy will be anxious to get home.

There is the danger that the Bill may not be ready. We will say two o'clock, then.

The Dáil adjourned at 7.50 p.m. until Friday, February 13th, at two o'clock.
