asked the Minister for Defence whether his attention has been drawn to the claim of Mr. J.J. Gallagher, Manorhamilton, in respect of the loss of an overcoat, a pair of gloves, and £1, alleged to have been taken from him during the time he was under arrest in the Courthouse, Manorhamilton, in January, 1923, and whether he proposes to compensate Mr. Gallagher for his alleged loss.
