Mr. O'Callaghan's application under the Military Service Pension Act, 1924, has been referred to the Board of Assessors, established under the Act, for the purpose of determining his service for pension purposes. The Board have not yet reported to me. No decision has therefore been taken as to the grant of a pension in the case.
