The lands referred to comprise a holding occupied by Messrs. John McCarthy and John McCoy, situate in the townland of Fryanstown on the estate of the Marquis of Headfort.
In the Final List, which will be published on the 11th instant, these lands will appear as a retained holding to be vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day, i.e., 1st January next. Application will then be made by the Land Commission to the Judicial Commissioner under Section 29 (3) of the Land Act, 1923, for the resumption of the holding.
