I desire to give notice that on the adjournment I will raise the question of the shooting of Mr. Murphy, of Killenaule, by the Free State military authorities in August, 1924, the delay of the Government in dealing with the matter, and the delay of the Department of Defence in dealing with Mr. Murphy's application for compensation.
