asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received any reply to his special representation (promised on the 17th June last), from the British War Department, respecting the agreement between that Department and the Grand Jury of the County Kildare, to maintain the Lurrig Lane and the Curragh eastern boundary roads, and, if so. whether he can now state the terms of the agreement.

The agreement in question has not yet been obtained from the British War Department, but I expect to receive it soon. I will then communicate with the Deputy as to its terms.
