CEISTEANNA.—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - BLIND PENSION CLAIM. (WEXFORD).

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why payment of a blind person's pension is being withheld from Robert Dixon, Bride Street, Wexford.

The Department's Medical Inspector has arranged to attend at the Custom House, Wexford, on Friday next, the 26th instant, for the purpose of making ophthalmic examination of claimants for blind pensions whose cases are on appeal. Notice will be given to the claimant as to the hour at which he should attend. A decision will be given on the claim on the receipt of the Medical Inspector's report.
