asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he has received representations from the tenants in the townland of Larganboy (West) Estate of James Taffe, Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, asking for some measure of relief in respect of turbary, and what action has been taken or is intended to be taken as a result of the receipt of such representations.

Representations have been made on behalf of certain tenants in Larganboy West, who were allotted turbary plots several years ago by the late Congested Districts Board, and who allege that their supplies are insufficient. The Land Commission are having the matter investigated with a view to relieving any cases of hardship, if possible.
