I am aware that there is a large fell-mongering establishment in Mullingar which has been closed for some years. If any persons contemplate re-opening it as a meat or pork factory my Department will be glad to give them all the assistance it can, but if there were no prospective manufacturer to confer with, the suggested inspection would not serve any very useful purpose.
