Vol. 22 No. 2

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ROSSMORE (CO. CORK) DISPENSARY.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether the investigation into the suitability and adequacy of the dispensary arrangements in the Rossmore district of the Clonakilty Union area have been completed, and if so, what is the nature of the report.

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The West Cork Board of Public Assistance, at their meeting on the 13th instant, decided that a dispensary depot was not necessary. Having regard to all the circumstances, it does not appear to be a case in which the Minister for Local Government could interfere with the decision of the local authority.
