Before private Deputies' business is taken I would like to say a few words with regard to the Estimates for the coming financial year. The volume will be ready for distribution this evening. When it was being sent to the printer it was expected that these Supplementary Estimates would have been disposed of. Consequently the figures in the volume for the current year include certain sums which have not been passed. I wanted to explain that to Deputies because, until these Supplementary Votes are passed, last year's figures are to some extent incorrect.
